For rental owners in Greater Boston, from one building to many

Your tenant has a problem. It doesn't have to become yours.

Your tenants book repairs with us directly, and you see every request, the photos and the invoice. When a unit needs more, we take on turnovers, kitchen and bath updates, painting and carpentry at a fixed written price, with our own insured technicians.

Sound familiar?

When a tenant needs something fixed, they come to us

Each of your units gets its own SmallJobber link. Your tenant describes the problem, adds photos and tells us when they're home. We confirm a time with them. You stay informed without being the go-between. It costs nothing to set up.

What we take on

Planned work with a clear start, a clear finish and a price you agree to first.

How a project goes

Between tenants, one fixed price

We get the unit ready for the next lease: a walkthrough with photos, patching, touch-up paint, caulking, hardware and fixture fixes, a lock change and a detector check.

August fills up fast. Book your September 1 turnovers early.

Materials extra. A full repaint is quoted separately.

Questions owners ask

Can my tenants contact you directly?

Yes. They send repair requests through their unit's link, and you see every request. We work during business hours and don't handle heating, gas or after-hours emergencies.

Will the price change once you start?

Not without your OK. If we find something behind a wall, we show you, price it, and wait for your approval.

I only own one building. Is this for me?

Yes. A single two-family or one rented condo gets the same fixed pricing and care as a larger portfolio.

Who does the work?

Our own vetted, insured technicians. We don't hand your building off to subcontractors.

Where do you work?

Boston (including Charlestown), Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Newton, Arlington, Belmont, Watertown, Medford and nearby towns. Close by but not listed? Ask us.
